NOW’s correspondent in Marjayoun reported on Wednesday that Lebanese civilians living close to the Lebanese-Israeli border are on high alert as the Israeli army was spotted patrolling the border from the Ghajar Village to Mais al-Jabal. Israeli forces were also inspecting the barbed wire and the surveillance cameras installed along the border, the correspondent said.
A security source told NOW that Israel has reinforced its military presence at the Shebaa Farms front and flew over Lebanese territory last night.
